What is the average range of an Evolve electric skateboard?
Range varies by model and terrain, but our boards typically offer between 15 to 31 miles on a single charge depending on the battery size and riding mode selected.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A standard charger will take approximately 4 to 5 hours to reach a full charge, while our fast chargers can reduce this time to around 2 hours.
Are Evolve skateboards water-resistant?
Our boards are designed to be splash-resistant, but they are not waterproof. We recommend avoiding deep puddles and heavy rain to protect the electronic components and bearings.
What is your return policy for electric skateboards?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused boards in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all new Evolve skateboards come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.
Can I take my Evolve board on a commercial flight?
Most airline regulations limit passenger aircraft batteries to 100Wh or 160Wh with prior approval. Since our standard batteries exceed this, they generally must be shipped via ground freight rather than carried on a plane.
